how to repost the items you purchase

Hello, I purchase an item, but I want to repost it for sell but I can't change the post shipping and the price on it to US dollar, How to reselling the item you purchased without open a new listing, thank you for help

You have to create your own listing.  There is usually a link to 'sell one like this' that will pull some of the info for you, but I don't know if that works if the item is in a different currency.
