how to print proper return label

HELLO, 

I recently purchased a laptop that sucked and I want to return it. 

I started up the return prompts and it auto created a shipping label that wasn't accepted by the post office. I have been unable to find a way to create the proper label and unless I cancel the return, which I had an error upon trying, I don't think I can make the right label and prove that I shipped it.

Once you cancel the return, you cannot reopen it. 

Did the post office say why they would not accept the label?

You could message eBay on their Facebook page. They should be able to look into why you were sent the wrong label. Their Facebook page is staffed from 6:00am to 6:00pm PST.
