i prepaid a label, but had to purchase separately, how do i get a label refund?

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:

1. Go to Manage shipping labels
2. Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
3. Choose your reason for canceling the label.
4. Select Send request.
