how to change to UK site

Hi, when I log into my account and create a new listing it does so in the UK site, when I try to list it it goes to the US site and an error page, I have gone to my account setting to try and change country or region but it says I have to contact e bay to do this, and as you all know trying to contact them is a bloody nightmare, even now I have noticed that I am back on the US seller site

Keep an eye on your address bar to see what link/button is sending you over here.  Once you notice it is ebay.com instead of ebay.co.uk use your browser's back button (repeat until you are back to an ebay.co.uk page) to see what you did and whether you can continue without using that link.  If it is a necessary step in setting up the listing you'll need to get in touch with Customer Service for ebay.co.uk because it's something that needs fixing over there.

Hi thanks for your help, however this has not resolved my problem, every page I go to along the listing rout is a .co.uk page until H hit the list my item button then it goes to the .com and an error page, I have been in touch with e bay and they are next to useless been telling me that this will be resolved in 48 hours since last Wednesday
