how to change feedback

I gave a seller a bad feedback due to condition of item received. He contacted me and wants to make right if I change my feedback. I could not find the means to do that.

What the seller is trying to do is called feedback extortion, and is a policy violation.

Dont do it; if you change the feedback to positive and they don’t follow through and make it right, you can’t change it back to negative.

IF they make it right, you can change your feedback THEN.
