how to cancel the refund

"I have a case where a buyer requested to return an item because they did not receive it. I also opened a case with USPS. The buyer wanted a refund and did not want to wait any longer, so I refunded the money to the buyer. However, a week later, they received the item. My case with USPS was denied because the item was delivered, but I had already refunded the buyer. The buyer is willing to pay me back. How can I do this on eBay? I couldn't find any information on how to proceed.

If the buyer has agreed to re-pay you, it cannot be done through Ebay. You will need to give them your Paypal address so they can send the funds.

Be aware that since you refunded the buyer already, they are not required to re-pay you.
