When using calculated shipping, if I want to send a 2 lb. item to LA thru FedX, the cost is $12.20. When I select FedX as the shipping service, I get a price range of $11.xx - 91.xx, and I can't find a way to enter the actual cost. Does anyone know how ?
TIA,

Most sellers charge buyers the retail rate, and you are probably looking at the eBay discounted rate on the shipping calculator. For fedex ground, the difference can be about 25%. You can let your buyers have your discount, but you need to tell the system to do that on this page - https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf - edit ‘offer carrier specific discounts’ and change the services where you want to share your discount.
The retail range of $11 - $91 is going to be $11 for locations near you, the $91 would be to AK or HI.

When you use calculated shipping the cost isn't known until a buyer looks at the listing with his ship to Zip Code, which is used to calculate the cost as well as the weight and dimensions you put in the listing and your ship from Zip Code.
When you look at your own listing while signed in, you see the cost calculated for your Zip Code.
