how does buyer mark item as received?

Buy got car a couple weeks ago and ebay still says on hold for funds until buy says they have received. buyer cant see a way to mark that received?

@porsche77. They don't mark it received.  Only the deposit should have been paid using eBay checkout. 

Since you are a new seller the $500 deposit may be held up to 30 days. 

I'd contact customer service as I  am not 100% sure that eBay Motors Vehicle sales deposits are held like other sales..

I  recommend contacting customer service on social media as the agents are more experienced.
