how do i start a return outside the returns window

seller has agreed a refund but wants item back, i cannot start a return outside the window

If you are past the 30 days for a return, you will need to take the package to the carrier and pay for a shipping label to send back to the seller.  Be sure to get the tracking number to send to the seller.  Go to the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see when it was Delivered back to the seller.  The seller will need to credit your Paypal account for the refund.
