how do I hide a purchase from the wife that is a present for her?

I have seen "hide this purchase," and "delete this purchase" during Ebay activities. For some reason, cannot find the hide or delete option for purchases. Can someone help with a solution beyond deleting my account?

You cannot delete purchases.

All you can do is changing your password, so the only person who can see your purchases is you.

sigh! uh... she has all of the answers to change password. The hide feature is for purchases, so you have to click a button to see latest purchases AND the hidden ones. She dont know about that, and apparently, either do I.

To "hide" the purchase, find the item in your Purchase History, go to "More Actions" and scroll down to Hide this order. But all someone has to do is choose to show hidden orders, and it will pop back up.

Your wife should not have access to your Ebay account. Change your password.

Hubby and I have separate Ebay accounts.

Very good. You not only solved this riddle, but showed me where I missed scrolling down...

go to "More Actions" and scroll down to Hide this order. 

I knew I had seen that before, but didnt realize that under More Actions, you needed to scroll down.

Understand about the thin security of blocking something she does not know about, but this is not like Hillarys email where foreign agents died. Just need to hide it for a week. Thank you. You are a rockstar!

Separate accounts?.... That WOULD be a great idea, if SHE thought of it.

Maybe you could create a new account of your very own. You could register one on Ebay by creating a gmail or hotmail email account.

I don't usually condone keeping secrets from spouses/partners, but if you want to keep gift purchases a secret, that would be the best option.
