how can i submit a suggestion to eBay?

I would like to suggest that Ebay sellers take into consideration, in addition to “smoke-free” & “pet-free”, also “fragrance free”.  Many people are sensitive to chemical fragrance, people with migraine,  asthma and allergies, to name a few. Those chemicals do not wash out either. I try to look for new clothes that aren’t laundered, but when I try to ask about fragrance in used clothes many times the seller has shut me down, saying the item is consigned & “they don’t know” whether it has a scent or not, as if their noses don’t work.  I would like to see some raised awareness around this issue, please, to continue in the tradition of a USER-FRIENDLY EBAY. Thank you.
