I would imagine that it has to do with the four negative feedbacks you received claiming the items were fake. Since you are not located in the USA you would need to contact eBay customer service through a private message on either Facebook or "X". When sending the private message you will need to give your Name on the eBay account, Address, User Id, and the email address associated with your account. They will double check this information and then respond to you. When sending the message include a short description of the problem.
