how can I remove negative feedback

I ordered a dress size small and the dress that came was huge but labeled small.  I should have contacted the seller but I didnt.  Now I feel terrible because maybe they dont know sizes that well. Can I remove it? I cant find out how.

Hi @ymatsuaf 

Actually, the Feedback cannot be removed BUT it can be Revised.  You have to message the Seller and ask for a Feedback revision form.  They are allowed to send 5 per year and you will have 10 days to complete it changing the Feedback to Positive.  Thank you for making the effort.

The Seller will have a link on your less than positive Feedback to send the Revision form.
