Did you print two labels, but one wasn't used? If so, go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the tracking number that needs to be VOIDED. USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You must VOID the label within 5 days of when you printed it.
