You can add "Best offer" to the listing in question. Then the buyer can make an offer and you can work it from there.
Additionally, if you are contacted by a buyer through eBay messages, and the question is about a specific item, there should be a link within that message to "respond with offer". When you do that, and if the buyer accepts your offer, that is the price that will display at checkout. Offers in no way affect the displayed shipping, so do keep that in mind.

Thank you! I do have another question. When a buyer return is automatically approved by Ebay, there is an option to send a prepaid label to the buyer. Can you PLEASE tell me how to do this?? I could have used this option a few times now, but had no clue how to do it. Do I HAVE to do it on Ebay or is there another way to do it? Thank you so much for your help.

I have not used return labels, but this help page indicates that you can send a return label from the Returns dashboard. The help page also has instructions for sending your own prepaid return label.
When you’re responsible for return shipping, you can choose from a number of options in the return request form. To get to the return request form, go to your Returns dashboard (or Seller Hub) and select View return details. If you’ve accepted the buyer’s return, you can choose one of the following options to let them ship the item back to you.
