Yes, that is exactly what it is. I finally located a number and called and was told it was because I wasn't authorized. I explained I was selling at cost and asked how I could get authorized. She told me to send in a copy of my driver's license and utility bill, which I did, and when I didn't hear anything back in the 24-48 hrs, I called back today. Today I was told that they are not accepting any more authorizations. I told her that they are encouraging price gouging by not making it a fair marketplace. The authorized sellers are selling the lot of cans I listed for $200 while mine was cost $79. I think it is time for a complaint to the better business bureau.
