hi I've been off y this summer and I'm trying to list an item and having  trouble with shipping. it said i need to set up ebay discounted rates. help thanks Wendy

@mrflatus  no, sellers do not NEED to apply ebay discounted shipping rates, just go to the domestic shipping section when setting up the listing and choose flat rate or calculated.
