hi, i bought a watch but they never shipped, now eBay says they made the refund but it's not in my account

How did you pay? It goes back to the source. It usually takes 3-5 business days. Debit cards take a day or two longer to post back to your bank account than a credit card payment. Have you checked your credit card statement?
