I have been trying to get a restriction lifted to reinstate my business account.
I have no idea what to do. In updating my information, I have given my current seller's permit, my business tax certificate, my resale certificate, my Fictitious Business Name Statement, my last quarter sales tax payment, and keep getting rejected. HELP
It keeps saying to get a certificate of good standing from the secretary of state, but I am a sole proprietor, and they don't do it for sole proprietorships.
I've been shut down 2 months and they are holding my funds until this is resolved but no one can tell me what the problem is. I've had my eBay store for 20 years with excellent feedback. Thanks for any help
