we should inform you about a problem that we ar having - last week, october 4, we bought an item (deka laser machine) on ebay auction (order number 121215049488), we also placed the shipping adress in USA. paralelly we were in touch with the supplier (MRP) regarding the condition and other details of the item.
Today, october 9, the supplier (MRP) informed us that the purchased item cannot be shiped to the USA adress and money should be refunded. (they told us that they had such massage from ebay).
we did not relize whats the problem and how we can be helpfull.
please inform us about the problem and about possible solution of it.
