having trouble buying on ebay due to them checking to see if I am human

i have spent hours trying to buy items on ebay. if I do not get the hcaptia to check if I am human it works fine and I can purchase the item. If I get the hcaptia page and I fill it out correctly the page frezzes and I cannot purchase the item. It has been doing this for 3 days. I cannot tell ebay becasue I cannot get into anything buy auto responses from them. It is getting passed a joke! It should not take an hour plus to purchase an item
