haven't received, to mailbox forwarding service

Some of ebay.de sellers only deliver to Germany.

As I do not live Germany, but in another EU country.

I utilize a forwarding service, which is used by tens of thousand of other customers.

All their users' addresses include an unique "ID number" identifier.

I used the same German_address+my_ID_number several times when ordering,
items always came, but this time I haven't received anything.

Seller says item had been delivered,

no.reply@ebay.de sent automatic message seller provided proof of delivery (DHL, shipment number)

but that proof does not include  my "ID number" identifier.

Wrong "ID number" could have made the package delivered, but to another person !

I did ask the forwarding company,
Reply #1:  "thank you for your email.

It seems that your package is probably being held by the customs office. May I know the origin of your shipment?"

-

My answer #1 : "I thought origin is Germany, but Made in China. Standort in: Bremen, Deutschland"

-

Reply #2: "could you please contact your seller?

It seems that there is some issue with the delivery of your shipment."

ebay.de may be different, but here on ebay.com a seller's duty to deliver is finished when the item is delivered to the shipping address given at checkout.  Forwarding it on from there voids the Money Back Guarantee.

So neither seller nor eBay would cover the item after it is delivered to the forwarder, at least here on ebay.com.  It doesn't matter if YOU don't receive it from the forwarder for whatever reason.  Again, ebay.de might be different.

I'm complaining about not having received anything at my mailbox,

there was no forwarding from the location, as there was no package to.

Seller did provide proof of delivery to the mailbox Company,

but no proof of delivery to "my ID" at the mailbox Company.
