We lost our internet for the entire day, just as I was sending label to printer.
Now today the order shows a tracking number, but I never got a label to print.
I don't see a way to stop shipment and reprocess.
Help!

If less than 24 hours you can reprint the label. Otherwise, VOID and create a new label.
