hacked account, howw to cancel orders made by hackers

hi guys, can you please help me, my account was recently hacked, when i opened it, there were purchases made by the hacker, but payment was still pending, how can i contact the sellers while my account was barred by the ebay management? i cannot send messages to the sellers nor i can cancel my purchases history
