hi,i sold a item to a buyer in north ammerica,through global shipping,the buyer purchased 2 suits and i gave him a postal discount ,total item for 2 suits and 1 postage was £44.00,to a depot in england ,he now want to return 1 suit as it has a mark on ,he has put a claim through ebay for the return and i agreed but am i responsible for all the shipping cost which comes to £34.00,if this is the case then i might as well come out of the shipping program as i would have nothing once ebay fees are taken out,please advise my best option.
