getting paid when an item is subject to authenticity guarantee

Why cant I send an invoice for 2 items I sold that have the authenticity guarantees. I get a message that they have been removed when I try to invoice

Items must be shipped separately - the authenticators ship one item at a time and are not able to process combined shipments.
