getting my QL-500 setup to print label

i cannot get my ql 500 label printer to print>

what steps do i need to do?

im using 2 3/7 continous roll.

please help

when i try to print label, it says the roll or tape inside the machine does not match the one selected for application

You need to go into your Printer Preferences and manually enter the size of the label.  The length needs to be set to 7.5" (7 1/2"). 

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe.  Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation.  Make sure the check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size” is blank.

The label should now look correct in the preview outline.

If still a problem come back with details.
