getting back on ebay after hold on account for change from paypal

got email that said i got microdeposits to bank account that was registered with ebay when it was with paypal. my account was on hold because i didn't give my license# picture ss# and bank check photo front and back for adyen.i didn't request anything from ebay. is this a scam? the deposits did go to my account, but why are they letting me back selling just with that?

That may be just the part of getting back to selling, but it's a part that has to be done if you want to get paid. You can contact the Managed Payments team about this:
