You can run a transaction report here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report to get sales fees and actual shipping costs if you pay for your labels from your payouts.

Customer service can not help with tax info, but To speak to them, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you” - https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10
