feedback request revised denied

Can you appeal a feedback denial? I don't feel the negative feedback is correct but ebay denied my request. Is there an appeal? I can't call, not sure what to do. Help please.

There is no appeal. 

Going forward, remember eBay isn’t removing feedback like they used to. Sellers can no longer rely on eBay to clean up their messes.

Did you try to make things right for the buyer before they resorted to the negative feedback?

@shop_fashion_outlet   You can reply to the feedback received and say something for your FUTURE buyers to see.   For example if you offered a return for refund then you can say that.
