feedback for returned item

I need to leave feedback for a returned video game, it was a fake game and I returned it for a full refund (seller doesn't accept refunds but since fake, they did).  My transaction can't be found now when I try to leave feedback, it isn't past the time to leave feedback.  The transaction is still in my purchases.  

How can I leave feedback so people know what this seller is doing?
