error for address setup "This zip code is invalid."

I tried to change my address with zipcode Texas "78641"

it keep said "This zip code is invalid." under zipcode section when I pressed save button.

I had chat with custommer service multiple times but no one answer for issue.

I spend so much time for this issue I think total 3 hours to talk with custommer service.

I have no idea when this issue going to fix. 

because of this issue I can not use ebay at all.

this issue happen in every address change (personal info, shipping address, billing address)

what do you think? should I stop using ebay?

Maybe something else in the address isn't a match for that zip code.

Do a check different ways using USPS Zip code lookup:

I checked zipcode from usps site which you mentioned link.

Looks I can find my address and zip code but ebay address couldn't recognized my address

I tried 5 digit zipcode also 5digit-4digit zipcode in ebay address change page.

How can I fix this?

You can contact eBay via social media for assistance - they have a very good team there to help resolve problems.
Only use the Private DM or PM Messaging - do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, your real name/address, the email attached to your account, and explain the issue in detail.
They usually respond in a day or two.
