ebay sticking it to me

So ebay overcharged me for seller fees to the tune of $125.00 and when they discovered the mistake they didn't return the money, but gave my account the credit, but a week later the credit evaporated. After numerous phone calls to ebay and having been promised on more than one occasion that I would get the money back, I still have not gotten the money back. The last call I made I demanded to talk to a supervisor, but I was told  that they were busy and they would call me back. That never happened. So now I owe ebay $101.00 for a store subscription which I canceled, and listing fees for 54 items that were  supposed to be included in the 200 free listings. I really don't like getting screwed without at least a kiss. Can anyone tell me who to contact to get this this nightmare straightened out?

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens.  Work through the questions.  At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option.  Therefore, you will have to wait until Sunday morning to call.

If you signed up for a yearly store subscription, and you cancel early there is an early termination fee.  I'm guessing that is what you are being charged for.

Thanks Disneyshopper, but I have spoken to at least 5 people at that call center and they all promise me the refund, but it never happens. I need to go further up the food chain.  Anyone else?
