Ebay is going to automatically refund an item even though it has not been returned. Ebay is showing that the item is returned to us even though USPS tracking is showing that it has not been returned. So ebay is going to automatically refund the customer based on a time limit and is not using the tracking information provided from USPS. I reached out to the automated assistant to have ebay look into the issue. Hopefully some live person will actually look at the tracking.
