It isn't difficult to accidentally post something that eBay doesn't allow. You can't know everything and you might find some of them hard to believe. Review the guidelines at https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-policies/feedback-misuse-policy?id=5030 and make sure you don't include any of the "not allowed" topics.
One of the not allowed items that members accidentally violate is "Any references to investigations" ... this means do not mention anything about having to open an Item Not Received or Not As Described or anything involving eBay &/or eBay Customer Service.
