He goes buy shurbin on eBay sells capacitors. This is how it went down from this seller make an offer. So he wanted $490.00 came back with a buy price for $470.00 they new I was watching it. So then I made the offer for $450.00 he accepted it. His feedback was almost 100% positive. The joke he had not any negatives. So after the order I had a FedEx number that FedEx was waiting on package in California. So them tracking numbers worked on the China tracking it was on a cargo ship and Pitney Bowes was waiting on item. So 7 days it have a estimate of the count down of days. Then it said your package will be delivered in 1 to 5 days. So now 7 days come it's past 5 kept repeating the same thing I said it's a scam. I deal with alliexpress and on small items you got a tracking number to the door. I got a parcel in 7 days or 10 days. So I disbuted it with my financial services because eBay I had to wait forever. So he found out and said you need to have the dispute removed. I said I will as soon as FedEx shows it's in there hands and on its way. Well it never got in there hands he kept texting me. How can a business keep playing with one person. This point eBay did not have my back because I went outside of eBay. I'm honest this seller was telling me nothing but lies. I told him you sell on Amazon he said no. Well the same product and his user name is on there. So Sunday comes he's getting demanding I need the funds back I told him I'm the most honest guy you will meet I'm good for paying my bills. I'm not being taken till FedEx has the package I'm going to call the authorities leave me be. I come back 4 hours later I checked eBay 2 hours before then he did it how I will never figure it out. I went nuts package delivered it must of came on a rocket ship. The real joke he put the date 3 days before. I contacted FedEx they said take it up with the seller it went to a different address. I call FedEx and it says it was delivered at my address when I put the tracking in. They don't care the only thing on the Chinese tracking it had a different number and that says the same thing. FedEx is waiting on package in California with the shipping date when I ordered it. The other thing it started with where it was going here when they receive it. I made 7 complaints to the abuse center from FedEx contacted eBay. They put a fraud case in because at 10 am they found someone was using my on my eBay account and it was not me. So eBay took all the information down. There not going to do anything but I got the texts he wrote back I had to do this because I was running out of time. I did not answer him and he blackmailed himself by putting you will be getting your ithem in 7 days. This is all a scam if eBay reimburses him he's coming back for my money to. I'm not stupid I'm taking everyone to court because FedEx should just go belly up. I'm done with eBay I'm 9 years with them my 100% real feedback. You have a seller today that cheats you out of 10 pieces. He don't fix it the negative you left comes off in 24 hours. They talk about the buyers and the seller has all the rights. eBay should be investigated.
