eBay search does not work properly, results differ depending on sort order, I discovered this accidentally. You clearly recreate the problem if you do a simple with following keywords: bmw valve guide e65
When search results are sorted by the default settings "Best match" I get 6 results among which there is this listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/352213117490
But if I change the search order to "Price + shipping lowest first" then there are still 6 results but that listing in longer among the results.
Please explain this "phenomena". To me it seems like you cant really trust the search results. I believe I was able to spot this because there are few results, but if the number results is large no one has noticed that.
I really hope this gets fixed and eBay will not start glitching like Amazon which has the most useless search I have ever seen.
