not only is eBay hard to get a hold of. They were totally unhelpful. I called four or five different times and got different answers from everybody. I contacted the seller twice like they said I wrote to bad reviews they said to do and they would take care of it and they didn’t there was no disclaimer that eBay wouldn’t refund on this article, and there was nothing from the seller that said it was nonrefundable They are impossible to get a hold of. There’s no numbers no one really cares.

Did you file a Return Request through Ebay? If so, what reason did you give for needing to return the item?

If you received an item that is damaged or does not match the description, the buyer has up to 30 days to invoke eBay's money back guarantee. The normal process is to open a return request from within the buyer's Purchase History, select the reason for the return, and upload photos. Sellers will recommend that buyers follow this process so that they can refund by following eBay's rules.
If you are now outside that 30 day window, you might still be able to pursue a refund through your funding source.
If you are still within the 30 day window, and your issue differs from the guidelines I offered, perhaps you could clarify the situation.
On a side note, eBay doesn't have a direct line that can be called, so I'm a little confused. Did you use eBay's help pages to request a callback from eBay Customer Service?
