We are selling several items where I have entered the exact shipping box dim's and weight in the 'shipping info', and say buyer is to pay shipping as calculated by eBay.
When the item sells, there have been many times where the dim's and weight which eBay charged for are not the same as I KNOW I entered.... why is this, and how do I stop it from happening ?
