eBay cannot create a nectar voucher

Though I have been using Nectar Vouchers with no problems, eBay is now unable to create one. 

The message I keep getting is 'We ran inti a problem and can't create your voucher right now. Please try again later',

I have tried over a number of days without success.

Suggestions welcome.

This is ebay.com, the USA site.

There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.

In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.

Logout of ebay. com and then login to www.ebay.co.uk
