I ordered a DVD movie and paid for it and after 14 days inquired why it hadn't shipped yet. I was given a weak excuse blaming it on mail service even though tracking showed the USPS had never received the item and I was issued a refund when I complained. After attempting to give Negative feedback where it was deserved eBay has blocked it and suggests I contact the seller... It is unfair to all consumers who wish to know whether the sellers on eBay are reputable or not. Something at the present we are banned from doing by eBay.
