I ordered a product from a scammer. The product didn’t arrive, but they provided a fake tracking number that PayPal accepted. This tracking number is not addressed to my location, and the state doesn’t even match. The package was delivered 350 miles away from my house. I just don’t understand how they can be so careless! What can I do in this situation? Additionally, I cannot reopen the dispute anywhere because they simply reject everything. What should I do now?
