Hi everyone, I am desperate for help since Ebay no longer help me to solve this issue. On the August 20th, 2021 I shipped my merchandise to the buyer, which the label shipping I was purchased from eBay on my Iphone. There was no option for extra coverage on insurance for my package on the mobile version, it was a priority 2 days shipping label. Since it was a luxury item, it needed to be verified by eBay authentication department before sending to buyer. According to the USPS tracking number, on the August 23, my package was visible damaged, resent to sender. However I didn't receive my package until Oct 5, and it was the empty box, the content was missing! I contacted eBay and USPS so many times since my package was missing. eBay refunded the buyer because she didn't receive my merchandise (totally fair), however ebay charged me for the selling fee that I didn't sell, they suspended my account permanently, and said that they couldn't refund me the selling fee! Please help me how to get my money back, since this issue is frustrating, I lost my merchandise, being charged for selling nothing, suspended my account for the fault wasn't mine! Please help me!!! T.T
