The postal service people don't know about how this service works, even after all this time. They return them as postage due or not deliverable as addressed. Plus they are taking almost a month to either be delivered or returned. This is well beyond eBay's estimated delivery time and buyer's patience waiting for their item. I have had more problems with item delivery in the last month than in the entire previous 25 years of selling on eBay combined. Unaccceptable!!!
