Lately I've seen a number of questionable activities perpetuated by "buyers". There seems to be a number of scams going on, the biggest of which is filing reports that they never got the item. About half of all of my auctions end like that. 884a sent no fewer than four emails stating that. When he didn't get any money, he did his only cheap shot - negative feedback - which was sent three weeks after he received the item. I appealed to eBay with no results whatsoever. In March Uidlin01 tried the same tactic. I was on vacation for a couple months when I got the news of the dispute. I did everything I could in appealing with eBay. Several phone calls and emails. I thought they would actually do something -NOPE. I got home and found that the tracking number was off by one number. I sent all the info to eBay. No, even though I could prove it was sent and delivered, they would not reverse their decision. Letters to corporate were even more useless. A investigation was begun with USPS in May. I was told I would hear something within three days. Three months later, no decision. I guess people are more concerned about losing their jobs, than actually doing their jobs. Then yesterday I had a buy it now. The item was out of stock so I issued a refund. Today I got the following from debrrosec: "I'm going to try my hardest to figure out how to send you negative feedback because You should not have something on ebay that is not There, or you don't know where it is or is damaged for sale , not a good seller, I also have another album of yours on my watchlist. I'm taking it off. I hope everyone else takes theirs off too. Because you should not have stuff. Online that you can't find or you don't know if hits,damaged or not ." Reported and I'm sure eBay could care less about this one too.
