Has anyone who purchased a Very Good eBay refurbished laptop that came with 1 year warranty ever been told by Allstate Insurance that because you had too many claims with same problem, your warranty has been completed before 1 year has lapsed? I purchased a laptop from a vendor in eBay last April that had a same power on problem now for the 3rd time. I had submitted a claim to Allstate and they are now saying my coverage has been completed because last 2 times they repaired the same problem exceeded the value of my purchase of the laptop. Nowhere in eBay states that if an eBay Certified computer has problem and the claim exceeds the value of the purchase price, that the warranty coverage is no longer valid. If this is really the case, then, this is a complete fraud. Millions of people buy eBay certified computers on eBay. When they say I had a full year warranty, I expect to be covered for a full year, not when the value does not exceed the purchase price only as they said. Thanks.
