This past month my sales went down 100 percent from a thousand a month to zero. My primary strategy has been to make offers to clients when eBay presents them to send to interested customers (typically people who add a listing to their watch list) So I checked with a couple of friends and they have not received any of my offers. We ran some tests and with three different people none received my offers. So far eBay has found nothing. So I am reaching out to see if anyone else is having this problem of customers not receiving your offers.
