I've received notice that I've been enrolled in eBay International Shipping. I've checked my current listings and they all show eBay Internation Shipping is active. My exclusion list currently only allows for shipping to Canada.
If I navigate to ebay.ca and do a search, I don't see any of my listings. How long does it take for listings to show up? When I view the shipping section of my listings in eBay.com, only "United States" shows up in the country dropdown. Is there something else I need to do?
TIA

@hiddenridgegallery Sorry I was busy most of today and couldn't respond sooner.
I am not sure that answer from CS is accurate or we'd be seeing a lot of reports of EIS issues here on the boards. If there was a Global issue then 99.99% of the time is on the tech issues board as reported by staff with the alert number OR sellers report a problem there.

The issue may be the package size, weight, price, or category>
See the details on this help page:
If none of those restrictions apply then I suggest you contact the eis shipping team:
ebayinternationalshipping@ebay.com ( this email can ONLY help with EIS issues)
I also still recommend removing all of the country restrictions as it's actually even less of a risk shipping with EIS than it is to a buyer domestically. With a domestic buyer if they file a not as described refund request, the item is lost or damaged in shipping YOU refund the buyer.
With EIS once the item reaches the forwarding center eBay refunds the buyer for ALL requests, even not as described cases.

For now, I was just adding Canada. Is there a reason I don't see my listings under ebay.ca?

Spent the better part of an hour and a half with eBay support. Apparently, there is a "global issue" and it is affecting many sellers.

Thanks! I’ll use the provided email.
Here’s a thought - I don’t have the box weight or dimensions in my listings. When I get a sale, I use a box that’s closest to the print/canvas size. I found a question about that in the FAQ section, but it didn’t specify that box info was needed.

@hiddenridgegallery You need to include the package size and weight on your listings, even if you are offering free shipping or the item might not be picked up by EIS. OR if it is it might get returned to you for being too large or heavy from the forwarding center, eBay may even charge you for the return shipping cost.
