eBay Authenticity Gurantee Fake Item

I received a Gucci boucle cardigan that was purchased with eBay authenticity guarantee.  Once I received the item I submitted to an authenticator and it was found to be fake.  To be certain I submitted to another service and it was deemed fake again.  eBay is refusing to accept my return. Has anyone experienced this?

@glamourgyrl82 Sorry that this happened.  If you have had the item more than 30 days then you can no longer file a return request on eBay.  I am guessing it's past 30 days if you sent the item out to two authenticators.

If this is the case then you need to contact PayPal, Bank, or Credit Card for a chargeback for an item that is significantly not as described.
