Thank you. What I am trying to determine is when will the enroll button appear? Do you know if a seller must have a certain number of active listings? I have met the criteria listed but have not been able to use ebay international shipping. Thank you for replying. I will go back to customer service and see if they can tell me what I criteria I am not meeting.
